Paul Barlett was born about 1882 in Massachusetts; died 04 November 1931 in Cook County, Illinois. He married Lina Harrison Owsley 15 August 1912 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois
He was a descendant of Josaih Caleb Barltt, his great grandfather and signer of Declaration of Independence.
Paul Bartlett was a 1902 graduate of Harvard University. He was president of the Harvard "Lampoon" 1901-1902, a play write, artist and later served as vice-consul to Russia. In 1920, Paul and Lina Bartlett lived in Chicago, where Paul was a painter in his own studio. His paintings were displayed in the Luxembourg Museum in Paris, France. After eight years of marriage the couple had no children.
