Evelyn and Wilbur Fish
Evelyn and Wilbur were my godparents and they lived nearby and were very influential in my life!
During World War II Wilbur was a pilot and afterwards he farmed. Evelyn was a wonderful cook and made the best pies I ever tasted!
Their summer home near Maggie Valley, NC was the perfect place to unwind!
