Professional Experience
Lockheed
Martin
Senior
Software Design Engineer, Secret clearance
- Involved
in agent-based and scenario modeling to analyze battlespace troop and
weapon dispersement. Supported the research, development, and
evaluation of scenario models that will quantify the operational value
of Army, Navy, and Air Force Transformation products, guided
projectiles, and close air support weapons.
- Software
application developer charged with deriving and implementing
mathematical algorithms for an Informational Warfare Mission Planning,
Targeting, and Analysis Application
Senior Design
Engineer,
Fable Systems, Air
Force Scientific Technical Support Contract, Top Secret/EBI clearance
- Developed
software to gather, analyze, and manipulate image data from various
optical mount passive sensors including near, medium, and far infrared
and CCD arrays. Designed
software to analyze the engine plumes and hard bodies for various
missiles and to enhance images of spacecraft including the shuttle in
orbit and various satellites. Wrote real-time applications which
control optical mount pointing and tracking.
Wrote post test analysis software for translation of coordinate
systems between mount (angle-angle-range) and sensor focal plane.
- Was
awarded a letter of accommodation from the Air Force for data analysis
done in relation to an investigation into the causes of a midair
explosion of a jet using chase plane cabin video data.
Work
included establishing chronology of events leading up to the explosion
and analysis for hot spots at the time of explosion.
Software Design Engineer
McDonnell
Douglas, Secret clearance
- Developed
software to control various plant Robotics Systems. Helped configure
and maintain communications software between various computer
platforms and the Robots. Awarded
the Teammates of Distinction Award.
Software Design Engineer
Martin Aerospace, Secret clearance
- Member
of the "Infrared Guidance High Value Target Imagery Project"
team. During this project our team developed computational techniques
to transform polar formatted image data into Cartesian formatted image
data. Received a
letter of commendation for conversion of analog polar coordinate image
data to digital raster format using gimbal attitude data.
- Developed
and enhanced graphics for various war game applications.
